(Wealth Allowance for each Resource Planet will be given everyday and be 3% of the current Corps Wealth. There will be a minimum of 20 Wealth at least given each day, if there isn't enough Wealth for Resource Planet to receive there allowance, they will receive it once it is generated as well as passed allowances added.
